BABAJI LESSON-13


This time Babaji also distributed a formula for BP, cholestrerol levels and blood-related conditions. The other common lessons that have already been distributed in the Gemstones are not recurring here. Also, the
blog will not be publishing much on greater sadhana shivirs, except if there are any common/general lessons. It is however suggested that you be a aspect of the formal community on Facebook or myspace that will be providing essential lessons and information that the organization deems right. Make a Facebook or myspace consideration if you do not have one.
Here are the few lessons that could be mentioned and also the recipe:
1. The thumbs guidelines to indicate a sadhak is on the right path:
a. First thumbs concept - Great wellness.
b. Second thumbs concept - Psychological balance. If one does not have this, then one is
not doing SV sadhana.
c. Third thumbs concept - Amazing connections. If one is still having problems, then
something is going incorrect.
d. 4th thumbs concept - Success. Success must circulation quickly. One will not have
to hassle about fund. If one says that there are economical problems then he is
deviating from sadhana.
2. A ShivYog sadhak has to first expert his actual individual body (sthool shareer). This sthool
shareer becomes Yog Shareer when the 7 chakras and 5 systems are combined. And, when
one has a Yog Shareer, there cannot be even an iota of illness but durability.
3. I want all to obtain that type of durability (kaya kalp). You will not discover a ShivYog
sadhak being put in the hospital or being managed upon.
4. When you improve your oscillations many the unexpected happens. Your 3% DNA triggers more
and then you have the energy to generate antidotes.
5. The procedure of transformation:
a. From the sthool shareer it changes to Yog shareer, where all chakras and bodies
merge. Then it changes to Siddha shareer, where one gets abilities. Then it
transforms to Naad shareer, that is created up of sound/mantra/naad/vibration.
Then it changes to Divya shareer, that is now created up of mild.
b. Sthool Shareer => Yog Shareer => Siddha Shareer => Naad Shareer
=> Divya Shareer
6. Whatever you imagine, decline what you don't want and agree to only what you want and
that will occur, because what you believe in - will happen.
7. It is actually challenging and requires many decades of effort to develop interference or
problems in lifestyle but it requires only a second of elegance to treat that issue.
8. There are three routes of Rasa Vigyan:
a. Atma siddhi (becoming individual body of light)
b. Deh siddhi (longevity or kaya kalp)
c. She siddhi (turning mercury to gold)
d. The direction I am training you is the first two.
9. There are four kinds of sadhaks:
a. Who have obtained everything in this globe and now want religious development.
b. Who have experienced problems in lifestyle and now want to get over problems
and truly develop with sadhana.
c. Who want to treat little factors like tooth pains and complications.
d. Who want to understand and talk around.
e. I am satisfied here we have the first two kinds.
10. Do not provide or buy a Pardeshwara Linga. This is because you cannot buy a child.
Pardeshwara Linga is a stay Shiva. I want you to understand this and build it with your own
hands. It is my wish that HAR HAR MAHADEV now become GHAR GHAR
MAHADEV.
11. The technology of Ras Vigyan and creating the Pardeshwara Linga is sacred and bestowed
to only those endowed to get it. You will get a lot of delights when you make
one yourself.
12. As you get prepared a Pardeshwara Linga and the toxins are demolished, it also dissolves
your own actual bodies' toxins. That is why it has to be created with pure
intentions and commitment. If someone creates it with contaminated awareness then the
karmic repercussions goes on with the Linga. That is why I am asking not to buy or
sell a Pardeshwara Linga.
13. The main cause of every issue in lifestyle is only these three:
a. Nonforgiveness.
b. Nonacceptance.
c. Hate - towards team, religious beliefs, individuals, etc.
d. In Pratiprasav, you will see/experience from these three.
14. Every issue in lifestyle is due to toxins in yourself.
15. This is advait (nonduality) sadhana - sadhana of shoonya (nothingness) - sadhana of
jyoti (light). Praise Him (pointing upwards) and worship nothing else.
16. Somebody (pointing to Himself) who has become one with Him has only come to
connect you to Him. No individual worship. No other God/deity worship. Everything has
come from Him.
17. A Expert becomes the Expert when he combines with Shiva, so worship Shiva not the Expert.
The Expert has combined with Him. Everything is there in the Shree Chakra. Maintaining a
Guru's picture independently indicates that you are accepting that He has not become one with
Shiva.
18. Certainly, you provide appreciation to the Expert but worship only the one with whom he has
merged - Shiva. That is why (charan) padukas are used as a icon of appreciation to the
feet that stepped on the direction, which now you are strolling, following his actions. This
is all representational and this must start your center.
19. Use Paduka and not the picture of the Expert with the Meru and Paradalinga. Do not
keep the guru's picture in your pooja/meditation space. If you like your guru, you may
use his picture in other areas but not in the pooja/meditation space.
20. The paduka has to be kept a phase reduced than the Meru/Linga.
21. Babaji laughed - "Are you with me? Or have you gone into strong relaxation. If you have
gone into relaxation, then - gradually come returning, shift your fingertips, rub your hands and
open your sight."
22. Do not try to avoid anything and become sluggish. When you say you have separated see
what you have obtained first that you can remove with. You cannot avoid anything
and achieve shoonya.
23. Being in the egg do not try to fly like a butterfly. First come out of the egg, then the
larva, then pupa, then caterpillar, and then only the butterfly.
24. Have no ego. One is not able to launch because of the ego. The more modest you
become, the more you will develop.
25. Ego and negligence are the two illnesses on the direction that you should get contaminated by.
26. Before trying to become God, first become a person. Make the vital factor in
your Fantastic Guide - "I am a person."
27. In Maa Shakti are the three types - Mahakali (power), Mahasaraswati (wisdom) and
Mahalaxmi (wealth). Prosperity is not bad, but how it comes and how it goes from your
hands is what problems.

30. The three significant granthis -
a. Bramha granthi - Lack of knowledge of one's individual body.

31. After doing SV sadhana don't run behind gods/dieties. Praise only Shiva/Shakti
because that is the greatest sadhana.

33. I get a lot of characters on illness which are all silly characters. I wish to God to make
such individuals worth SV sadhana.
34. Don't do SV sadhana and stay in tricky methods on the globe, being unethical,

35. I can guarantee you that if you consistently exercise SV sadhana, all your sufferings will go,
but there should not be ego but only genuine objectives. I have seen a few sadhaks leaving
the exercise, being grabbed by devilish efforts because they had ego.
36. The sookshma shareer (subtle body) is created up of 17 elements:
a. 5 karmendriyas (motor ability or the body parts of action)
b. 5 jnanendriyas (sensory ability or the feeling organs)
37. Good/bad wellness is due to the causal individual body (kaaran shareer). You have to achieve a level
where the sookshma shareer (subtle body) combines into the kaaran shareer (causal
body).
38. When a SV sadhak does a lot of sadhana, the easy individual is filtered and there the
causal individual body combines with the easy individual body and is linked with ideas. This is when
that when one talks it becomes real. Thus the brain becomes a cosmic ideas.
39. All beliefs are trained by self-realized spirits, so regard all beliefs.
40. If you have injured somebody please pay back returning by delivering beneficial energies; no ego.
41. Advanced level deeksha efforts are very great efforts which you will not be able to
tolerate. So you will have to exercise what i am providing you. Until you are prepared, I do
not want to rush with greater deekshas. Practice, cleanse. Only those who are regularly
practicing SV sadhana will be able to do greater stages because the energy get
more extreme and unbearable with greater deekshas.
42. Never do any greater level sadhana of Shree Vidya in categories, even in close relatives. Do
individually only because these are very sacred sadhanas. For team relaxation, you
may do the Bala Tripurasundari one.
43. Cure this sadhana and what you get more valuable than your lifestyle.
44. Earn some routines about food:
a. Take easy meals daily. The most medical meals is the Southern Native indian food
comprising of the feed and sambhar.
b. Prevent unhealthy meals as they have smaller lifestyle energy efforts.
c. Prevent wide range in food; don't eat many factors at once.
d. As much as possible eat raw meals, at least 20%.
e. Audumbar fruits (figs) is very excellent.
45. Babaji laughed about once being in a resort and given a record of stylish meals. Baba said,
"Who knows what they do to the food? When they do not know what they do to the
food, the meals will not know what it is going to do to me." :D
46. Bilva patra, tulsi, pudina, natures neem, dhathura were my meals when i used to journey for long
periods.
47. If you want to go into strong sadhana eat easy and less meals.
48. How to know which meals is best? The meals that requires smaller a chance to get prepared is the best
food.
49. The meals prepared and absorbed within one time is Tejomaya meals. The meals which is
consumed after 5-6 time has reduced lifestyle energy power.
50. Prevent astra-prahaar (cutting food). A fruits that is rather damaged manually or wood
retains its lifestyle energy efforts. A cucumber that is damaged manually or timber can never
turn nasty.
51. When the meals is prepared on cowdung desserts, the meals energy becomes tremendous.
52. Microwave meals is not slowly toxins but immediate poison! The warming process

53. This year the energy is going to improve substantially and there are changes that
electricity may not perform since the electrons will not be able to agree to the great energies
of the photon buckle.
54. World is coming into into the 4th sizing that has much greater wavelengths than the 3rd
dimension.
55. Anything which makes adverse energy will disappear.
56. Those who are shifting and increasing will have lot of possibilities to religious development.
57. People often discuss that depressive conditions and discomfort is a component of spiritual techniques. When
the Expert creates you do sadhana, it is the halahal vish (deadly poisons) that comes out
and this should not be misinterpretted with depression/pain.
58. When the ego comes up, the spiritual techniques goes down.
59. Becoming an adult emotionally is a quick procedure but so is going down with ego; it can nose-dive.
The subtlest of ego can carry you to the grossest level.
60. Ego continues to be both at total and easy stages until understanding or shoonya level. Babaji then
told how the routines continue slightly at different levels:
a. Sthool Shareer === > Kaam, Krodh, Lobh, Moh, Ahankaar
b. Yog Shareer =====> Kaam, Krodh, Lobh, Moh, Ahankaar
c. Siddha Shareer == > Moh, Ahankaar
d. Concept Shareer ===> Ahankaar
e. Divya Shareer ====> None
61. When the brain combines with the spirit, ego vanishes - this is the level of selfrealization.
62. Experts have said that you should not have wishes but that is after one has reached
that level where there can be no wish. Desire can disappear only when you reach
the last level of rise. So you need to search for and wish until you achieve that stage
where you have no wishes. So, I always ask "Tum Chahte Kya Ho?" but I never ask
"Tum Chahthe Kyon Ho?"
63. Always have shraddha (faith) and bhakti (devotion) on the Heavenly.
64. You can keep images or name decals between two Mahamruthunjaya yantras for
healing, lawsuits, etc. They can also be used in vehicles, cooking area area, feed veins, etc. You can
keep picture or name decals between two Shree Yantras for wide range and protection. Do
not audience it with many images. One photo/name per two yantras. You can also stick
name decals on each chakra cards that will stimulate the treatment of that chakra.
65. You have to understand the distinction between really like and looking after really like. A goof liked a little kitten so much that it taken it everywhere keeping it firmly hugged all enough time. The
kitten was starving and dehydrated but the goof liked it so much that it organised it near to
itself. The cat was covered but the goof had so much of really like for it that it kept it tightly hugged. The cat passed away. This is not really like. Love should be really like with good care.

Recipe for BP, cholestrerol levels and blood-related illnesses
Ingredients:
Jamun plant seeds (Indian dark plum)
Dry Karela (bitter gourd)
Methi plant seeds (Fenugreek seeds)
Amala (Indian gooseberry)
Tulsi results in (Holy Basil)
Bilva patra results in (leaf of bel)
Haldi (turmeric)
Pudina (mint)
Preparation: Smash the below together and build a excellent dust.
100 gm of dry seeds of jamun (Indian dark plum)
100 gm of dry karela (bitter gourd)
100 gm of methi plant seeds (Fenugreek seeds)
100 gm of dry amala (Indian gooseberry)
50 gm of tulsi results in (Holy Basil)
50 gm of dry bilva patra results in (leaf of bel)
50 gm of dry haldi (turmeric)
50 gm of pudina (mint)

Usage: 1 tsp. with water
1st tsp. - vacant abdomen in the morning
2nd tsp. - after lunch
3rd tsp. - before sleep
